Hotel Villa Maritime is located in the middle of the quay with the best location on Marstrand Island (after all, it is on the island that you want to stay). We have 70 nice hotel studios in classic marine style with one or two separate bedrooms. All hotel studios have a hallway, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, most with a balcony overlooking the harbour, or the Marstrand community and the mighty Carlsten Fortress. We have a heated outdoor pool when spring arrives, as well as a sauna and gym, ping pong & billiards which are open all year round. We also have an excellent newly renovated restaurant with sea view on the quay with seating for about 100 people indoors.

Our modern conference facilities
We have four nice conference rooms with all modern equipment. Our conference room Porto Franco can accommodate up to 150 people in cinema seating and is located on top of our roof with a magical view of the harbour and the Marstrand community.
In all our conference rooms there are whiteboards, flipcharts, notepads, pens, PC projectors, free access to WiFi as well as fresh fruit, water and sweets. Our conference host will take care of you throughout your stay with us!

Our conference room Porto Franco is located on our roof with magical views of Marstrand for a maximum of 100 people in cinema seating. Modern Projector with sound system and microphone and click-share. Porto Franco has its own broadband with its own IP address, separate firewall that supports VPN connection as an additional security.

Tram
– a different meeting environment!
The tram was the old ferry that carried passengers between Koön and Marstrandsön. The ferry, which is electric, had transported about eight million passengers between Koön and Marstrandsön until June 1985. The ferry is located at the quayside and overlooks the harbour for a maximum of 15-20 people in U-seating.
